About CeSAM Data

The CeSAM (Marseilles Astrophysical Data Centre) is an INSU-approved regional centre of expertise on the processing, the analysis, the archiving, and the distribution of data from large extra-galactic surveys. In this context, the CeSAM operates services labelled “National Observation Action #5 (ANO-5) Centres for data processing, archiving, and dissemination”.

CeSAM publishes also astrophysical data on dedicated web sites for Cosmology data, Exoplanets data and Telescope data in which LAM is heavily involved.

For this purpose, CeSAM develops AstroNomical Information System (ANIS) to distribute astrophysical data.
